Architects, Roof Consultants and Construction Specialists form the basis of our professional staff. This staff, through its initial education and a continuing program of education and professional development, is kept current with today's construction technology. Our in-house capability is supplemented with professional engineers and qualified testing laboratories. In this manner, the firm offers our clients a team of highly trained design and construction professionals. We consider the owner to be a member of this team, a participant in developing exceptional professional services.

A/R/C Associates, Incorporated was formed in 1982 in response to a growing need for an architectural firm with specialized capabilities in roof consulting and construction technology.

As clients were added the workload increased, requiring additional personnel to meet our growing commitments. This growth resulted in the firm being moved in 1985 to its present location. At that time we renovated 3,400 square feet of office space in the 601 Professional Building specifically to house our firm.

Our spacious accommodations have continued to evolve as the firm moved into a completely computer based design and drafting production system. This has been networked so that all production personnel have Internet access with individual e-mail addresses, access to a CAD library of construction details and office master specifications. This commitment to improvement has helped A/R/C Associates continue to be a leader in the design profession. Our continuing efforts to bring the best personnel, technology and equipment together for the benefit of our clients has given A/R/C associates a well deserved reputation as a specialty architectural and consulting firm.

As a result of the success that A/R/C Associates, Incorporated has had in the field of Roof Consulting, the work was expanded to include the design of corrective action for most categories of problems involving moisture penetration. This focus on the corrective action required for moisture related problems dominates the majority of the work we perform for our clients and we are proud to be recognized as an architectural firm with this very important specialty.
