Project Summary:
A/R/C Associates, Inc. was retained to provide for the reroofing of low sloped roof areas as well as the replacement of vertical cedar siding. The original complex, which was 20 years old, had vertical board cedar siding, which over time had deteriorated extensively. Our firm developed a custom installation using HardiBoard material that effectively immolated the appearance of the vertical 1x10 cedar siding. Once painted, the buildings retained the original look and texture of real wood with the benefit of low maintenance afforded by the cementitious plans siding material.

Additional work also included fiberglass shingle replacement, window replacement, as well as balcony and stair renovations.
