Project Summary:
The scope of work for this project included the design of reroofing of 115,000 square feet of EPDM Roof system over metal and concrete deck.

This project consisted of the reroofing of the entire building while the facility remained in continuous operation with various activities. The existing EPDM roof and insulation was removed and a new three inch ISO board was mechanically placed under a new thermoplastic single-ply membrane system. The scope of the project also included replacement of all rooftop mechanical ventilation equipment and kitchen hoods.
