Project Summary:
The scope of work for this project included the design of reroofing of 33,212 square feet of Cold Tar Bitumen Built-Up Roof.

Reroofing of the entire 114,327 sq. ft. main campus, comprised of 11 buildings and nineteen walkways. This school serves as a vocational-technical school for the entire western county with day and evening classes, therefore work was done during occupied hours. The project required adding drainage slope to all buildings, replacement of some roof top equipment, removal and reinstallation of the remaining equipment, and application of a new 20 year built-up roof with mineral surfaced cap sheet. There was also the demolition and redesign of the wall parapet conditions and expansion joints due to water leak and flashing problems, as well as cleaning and/or coating of all the exterior walls.
